Canvas paintings are a best way to accent your home and personality. They can be more personable than just regular posters or framed pictures. Canvas paintings need a secure anchor to the wall in order for their weight to be held up.
  • Decide where to hang up the canvas painting. This depends upon the size of the canvas and where you feel the color scheme or design will match best in the house.
  • Use the tape to measure the extent of the canvas painting. Place one circle marking on the far left edge, one directly in the center and one at the far right. Make sure the level measures straight across so the painting will appear straight.
  • The status of nail should be at least an inch into the wall and at least a 1/2 inch out of the wall so the canvas painting can hang comfortably and securely.
  • Situate the canvas painting onto the three nails once they are secured. Before letting go, make sure that the canvas is secured to the wall and will not fall.
